We invite you to join us at Morso on Easter Sunday. In addition to the regular menu, Chef Pino has created a selection of Easter Specials which feature the best of spring’s seasonal ingredients and fresh, young produce. Open from noon until 8:00 p.m., we look forward to welcoming you on Easter.

 

EASTER MENU

 

Soup:

-Asparagus with fresh Mint 

Appetizers: 

-Fresh Fava Bean salad with Burrata

-White Asparagus Gratin, with Chanterelle mushrooms and a balsamic reduction

-Watermelon Salad, with fresh fava beans, arugula, frisee, ricotta salata

Pasta:

-Tagliolini, pasta with fresh ramps and pesto sauce

-Risotto con Scampi, risotto with shrimp, fresh fava beans and mushrooms 

Meat entrée: 

-Roasted Spring Rack of Lamb, with fresh asparagus, sautéed fava beans and artichokes

-Vitello Tonnato, veal loin seared and served over a home-made tuna sauce and caper berries 

Fish entrée: 

-Roasted Salmon, with sautéed Broccoli Rabe

-Pan Roasted Fluke, in a mugnaia sauce with roasted Guidea Artichokes
