Adding some extra “sparkle” to next Monday night’s cooking demonstration, Chef Pino will welcome vintners from Franciacorta. They will showcase renown sparkling wines from this region of Lombardy and share pointers in the fine art of wine pairing. With Pino’s food preparation demonstration and engaging stories of his culinary adventures, it promises to be an evening you won’t want to miss.
