JANUARY 20 COOKING DEMO MENU

Mark your calendars for Monday, January 20, the first cooking demonstration of the new year. The menu will showcase some of the comfort foods and wines we all turn to in winter, the season when according to Chef Pino in Simply Tuscan, “the weather is perfect for more serious food and for drinking great, complex wines.”

veal scaloppine with prosciutto, sage, white wine over mashed potatoes & sautéed spinach
