Morell Mushrooms, filled w/pesto mashed potatoes, served over prosciutto & arugula

Cocomero, watermelon salad, w/arugula, frisee, ricotta salata

Pasta:

Maltagliati con le fave, prosciutto e pomodorini, maltagliati pasta with fresh fava, prosciutto and cherry tomatoes  

Pappardelle al funghi porcini, ribbon shaved pasta, served w/ porcini mushrooms & prosciutto

Meat entrée:

Agnello Arrosto, roasted spring baby lamb, served w/Roman-Jewish style artichokes

Nodino di Vitella con funghi in fricasse, roasted Veal loin, served w/ a Hen of the Woods mushroom fricassee

Fish entree:

Halibut Arrosto, Halibut, pan roasted in a white wine sauce & served w/fresh fava beans, asparagus & cherry tomatoes
