December 8th Cooking Demo – The Feast of the Seven Fishes

 Chef Pino will explain the myth and history of this old Italian (Neapolitan) tradition. He will share the secrets and stories of how it impacted his life growing up in Italy, all while you are feasting on these historic holiday dishes.     

1st Tasting
 

Calamari al Forno, fresh squid, dusted with breadcrumbs, spiced & oven baked

Polpo alla Griglia, grilled Mediterranean octopus salad, with capers, onions, arugula and roasted fingerling potatoes

Vongole Oreganate, little neck clams, oreganata style, with an arugula salad
